I have both a very old yahoo email that I do not use any longer but still get some emails there is there a way to transfer the messages to my g mail. I have a MacBook and an iPad

@I am still oxox, I think that you would have to go to the senders of those emails and change your email under your account with them. They are going to keep sending emails to your yahoo email because that's what they have on file.

You can send the Yahoo emails to the Gmail account, by pressing "forward" and sending to the Gmail address.

Will you be using your MacBook?  If so, go to your Gmail account>Click on the gear in the upper right corner>Click on see all settings>on the next page right below the word settings, go to the right, and click on accounts and import>scroll down and click on import mail and contacts and follow the steps.

Yahoo and Gmail are competitors and you can't transfer.  

Two choices:

 

Notify the senders on Yahoo to update your address

or

Just keep the Yahoo in your list of mailboxes

@Ainhisg Thank you and it seems to of worked, I did not realize it worked until late last night and fell asleep before I could get back and thank you

Will this work with Hotmail?
