Tracpone Hands Free Speaker

Just received the "Big Easy" phone & activated it. I'm looking for the speaker phone feature & can't find it anywhere - looked all through the book. I think some of you have this phone, so could you please tell me how to access this feature on it?

One other question, do you have to unlock it before every use or can you disable the lock? Thanks!
