Hello everyone,

I recently purchased the Moto edge 25 , did not receive the red "Start here " card, nor the phone booklet .

Has anyone else had these things missing from their packagee?

I called CS , was told they will send , will take 7-10 business days. ..

@aqua3

It could be a Motorola oversight.  Google it for your model and see what comes up.

@aqua3 - I bought the Moto Edge 25 from QVC in November.  It came in the white box that is sold everywhere else.

The paperwork, SIM card, etc. was underneath the white cardboard holding the phone in place.  There was no phone booklet, like with some of the other Tracfones.  Just a white folded leaflet saying "Meet Your Motorola Edge".  Gave the instructions on how to insert the SIM card.  (Fiddly thing, it's so tiny!)

Was your Edge box sealed?  If not, it may have been someone's return, in which case, I'd send it back for a replacement.

(The serial numbers on the "Start Here" card need to match the SIM card.)

@Venezia  Thank you .Yes, it is in a white box. Attached underneath is a blue pouch that states " Important Information in this pouch ."

I have not opened the pouch nor the white box...

Still deciding what I am going to do with this.

@aqua3 - All of the information you're talking about is inside the white box that says "Motorola" and "edge" on the front.  There are four tabs as security seals.  You need to open that box!  You'll find everything, including the phone inside.

This is the way this phone is sold on the open market.  It's identical to what you'd get from any other retailer.

Open the box and I'm sure you'll find everything inside!

BTW, it's a great phone.  I love it!

Regarding Tracfone, Do they all automatically renew after one year and charge your credit card each month?  I want one that will not automatically renew.

@Venezia , OK I will give it a try then.

From what you're saying I gather I don't need the red "Sart here " card . ?

I can't remeber the last time I bought a phone anywhere else . LOL

Hello @pprmntstx ,

I.ve been a Tracfone user for many years. They do NOT automatically renew  You can purchase another years plan or purchase a new phone ... : )
