Yes, I also heard the presenter say to call Tracfone to get your minutes back after freezing them for a year but to me it might just be that Tracfone may count on some, if not many, people letting go of their minutes and in the end TF makes money that way. IDK for sure.

i went to best buy and got a motorola 2023 phone. and i really like it... i was able to set it up all myself. and im stupid when it comes to that stuff.. and i kept my same phone number.. it was only 137... and i only pay 40.00 a month.. worth checking best buy out.. and if u need help setting it up, they will help you do it

no i dont have a tracfone. its a motorola and 40.00 isnt alot every month.. when i had a prepaid phone, you'd always have to buy minutes, which  was anywhere from 30.00 - 50.00 for the  plan  you wanted.. with this phone, no cards and loading in minutes to worry about.. which is nice.  i have a few friends that pay 100 or more every month for a phone.. to me thats insane, and they will even spend over 500.00 for the phone . no way as long as the phone works for me im happy...

According to the folks at Supermoney.com, the average monthly bill for a cell phone is $144. Tracfones are a bargain compared to that rate.
