I have a tracfone and I call them and do the automated thing.....very simple and I don't talk to anyone......takes maybe a minute and haven't had any problems...just remember to have your phone turned on...you will get a text very quickly stating what you paid for and that your minutes have been tripled......

You can purchase tracfone cards at Target. Also, use google to search for tracfone promo codes to add bonus minutes. I have an LG phone, and, as I recall, I click on the symbol that looks like one dice, then "add air time".

All you do is go to the PREPAID menu- (on the newer phones it has a picture of a coin) It brings up the menu of whether you want to "BUY AIRTIME" OR "ADD" AIRTIME-- ( If you buy a card- available practically anywhere even Dollar general, or Target, Your larger chain grocery stores, Walgreens, most drugstores-- like I said--just about anywhere- then you look on the back of the card and it will have a "scratch off" bar- underneath is the code you enter to ADD airtime (no trying to talk on the phone to someone you can't understand or who can't understand you and no wait time!) It will also ask if you have a promo code (which you can search different sites online for and depending on the minutes card you bought - it usually gives you an extra 20 or so.. And that's all you do.

Or if you want to spend an hour or so you can call but I think you'd probably have better things to do (oh yeah- you can add minutes online at the tracfone site but you have to give them your credit card number. I vote go with the scratch offs!

Go to tracfone.com and it shows the promo code. click on add air time and it will take you to the page where you can buy cards. If you already have a card (which I always buy mine at Target), it asks, Already have an airtime card? Add Now...Just click on that.
