Been trying to get on my account all day to purchase some data.  Site seems to be not working but there is no explaination.  Anyone else having this problem?  Phone call was useless...

@bargainsgirl   Not having any  problems getting onto their site using a desktop comp & Waterfox browser. 

I do not have an account but not problems getting into the signup web page either.

 

What troubleshooting have you tried to resolve?  Did you do any of the following.......

Switch browsers?

Switch devices?

Restarted any of the above?

 

"Phone call was useless..."

 

Meaning what?  confused.gif

I just tried and was able to access with no problem on computer with Firefox

Buy it right on your phone. Text HELP to 611611 and follow all the instructions you receive, step-by-step. It's not hard.

I haven't been able to sign in for nearly a week using my laptop and Firefox or Chrome.  No problem using the app.

What is good for the goose today will also be good for the gander tomorrow.

No problem here. I can log on using my desktop  w/Chrome and also with my Chromebook.

@bargainsgirl. I have found the website to be difficult, however, trying to get a human on the phone is a total joke.  This company was far better years ago.  I've had a number of challenges with Tracphone recently.  Not sure I'll continue to be a customer when my minutes expire.

I think Tracfone was bought by Verizon a year or so ago.

@bargainsgirl - I just logged into my account from my desktop using MS Edge.  No problem at all.

 

Without knowing what browser you're using, it's difficult to offer any suggestions.  Try the usual of clearing your browsing data, etc.  That may solve the problem.

 

I did notice that there's a security notification that some accounts may have been affected by "bad actors".  There's a link to it at the top of the homepage.
