@bargainsgirl - Just thought I'd let you know - DH and I went out this afternoon.  Tried to log onto the internet and got the "no internet service" message.

 

I realized there had been a software update and sure enough, it had turned off the APN again.  It only took me seconds to turn it back on and everything was fine after.

 

So that really is the solution.  Hope you're doing okay with your phone!
