Awhile back you mentioned you bought a new phone and were using the Wizard App to transfer your old phone number to new phone, but there was a glitch. Did you ever get it to work? Did you have to call CS????  I was thinking of getting a phone upgrade and wonder if the App is working?

@Spurt, I have the app on my two Tracfones and it worked for me and I'm not tech savvy at all!

I don't think you can transfer your old phone number to your new phone with the app.  You can do that online or on the phone - instructions come with the phone.

If you look at transfer wizard graphic on this thread, it doesn't list phone number as one of the things it can transfer.

@namaste000, this is what happens when you don't read carefully! I thought the OP meant she wanted to transfer the phone numbers from her old phone to her new one, which is what I did.

The app worked great! The problem was Tracfone transferring my number. Once that was done the app copied over my contacts and photos and Google moved my apps over. It was very easy.

My bad...........I thought the APP transferred the phone number in addition to contacts, photos, and other info................Thanks all for your help..........
