I am transitioning from my LG Ultimate to the Treasure.  A few months ago someone described how to setup answer/disconnect using the home key rather than "swipe".  I did it and love it and would now like to setup the new phone, too.  Does anyone remember how that was done??

BTW, am loving the Treasure -

TY!

I don't know but it would be nice to know. I hate trying to swipe to answer a call. Half the time the caller hangs up before I can swipe it to answer. LOL!!! I hav not set up my Treasure. DH set his up to check out. So far he does not care for the speaker.

I am not fond of the swipe either!  Going to search for that post !  I'm good with it so far - love the 5 in screen.

Hey @BHawk - was set up easy and easy to get your 1350 minutes?  Did you do yours by phone or online?

On the Ultimate you press the key as if you want to dial the number.  Then press the Settings key and then the Call Settings key.  I hope that helps.

Nightowlz - click on the phone icon, bottom right menu, then click on home key to answer...found the original post.  Works on the Ultimate but can't seem to get it to work on the Treasure!

yes, it was very easy.  used the website for tracfone, took maybe 5 minutes.  it said activation could take up to 2 hours but it was almost instantly completed!  got the roll over minutes plus my new ones, too.

I tried it on the Sunset & on the Treasure. It did not work.

The Treasure is a lot easier to swipe to answer the call then my Sunset.

Thanks for the post on answering with the home button. I originally set my ULtimate 2 up this way but never used it. I always swiped up and almost lost some calls trying to do it. I looked under my settings and it was already checked. I just called myself from my home phone and it worked perfect!! Love my Ultimate 2 and will keep it although I was going to upgrade to the New Treasure phone. Thanks again.
