Tracfone LG Power and LG Sunset

Does anyone have the new LG Power (LG L22C) smartphone for Tracfone?

 

I ordered one a couple days ago from shopcelldeals on the bay ($99.99 with one yr.) and am nervous about it.  I lost my good LG Ultimate 2 (L41C), and really wanted to just get the same phone again, but told myself I should get the latest phone/operating system. New phone should arrive in a couple days. I dread having to learn new operating system as I am not good at this stuff.

 

When I shopped price on Saturday, QVC did not offer this model for sale, didn't find same package on Amazon, and eVine price was higher.

I'm expecting my phone today, but thought I'd mention that I see that HSN now has a very similar phone, listed as a Today's Special, the LG Sunset, L33L.

Differences I'm finding between the Sunset and the Power:

 

The LG Sunset is 4G LTE; Power is 3G

 

Sunset is GSM (runs on AT&T towers; Power is CDMA (Runs on Verizon towers)
