Toshiba thrive

Maybe some of you can answer mt tablet questions. I have been intrigued with these tablets. Looking at the toshiba thrive qvc is oppering for 349.00. I would want to eatch movies on it at work. But have no wifi connection there. Is there any way to get watch your movies with out having a wifi connection. And this one has a usb port so would a pay as you go internet work on this that plugs into the usb port.
