Toshiba Thrive - App problems - keeps shutting down - HELP!!

I love my Thrive. Have had it since Dec 7th and no problems at all. Suddenly I am having issues with apps. It started with Words with Friends which I have been using for weeks. It started to say.....The application Words Free (process com.zynga.words) has stopped unexpectedly. Please try again...Then it says Force Close. I have tried going to settings, applications, manage applications, Words Free. I then did Force Stop and Clear Data.

Tried to use the app again...same error. I then tried clearing the cache. Same problems. I tried uninstalling the app and reinstalling it. Same problem. I went to the App Store and tried to install a different free app and got error that my order didnt go through. I have gone to Zynga's website....no help at all. There is no phone number to call them and their forums are pretty limited. I really dont think there is a problem with my Thrive and that maybe its just the applications. Does anyone have any clue as to how I can resolve this issue? I need to decide to return it for a new one before Jan 31st. Any help would be greatly appreciated!!! Thank you!
