Today's special Samsung phone

The other channel's Today's Special Samsung Galaxy S Blaze smart phone seems like a great deal at $129.95 with four flex pays. It is a no-contract T-mobile plan for $50 or $60 (or more) depending on what level of service you want. My question is: does anyone know how much the "taxes and fees" on a $60 plan would be? I know that the taxes would be whatever percent I'm paying locally, but the T-mobile rep couldn't tell me what the "fees" run. Can anyone shed light here?
