I once was a real fan of Canon cameras until I met up with Canon Customer Service or lack thereof. They were not helpful, caring, concerned and did not resolve a known issue.

I had a Canon with a bad sensor, it was under warranty and it was replaced. It's the only problem I've ever had and it was resolved quickly.
