Thanks QVC and HP

Just received an Email from QVC saying that because there was a mix up in communication between QVC and HP about the Starter edition of Office 2010 not being installed on the HP G72-253NR laptop and QVC saying that it was during the presentation they are going to make good on their advertising. Starting Feb 12 we can go on the HP secure website and make arrangement to have the Office 2010 Home and Student CD sent to us. I think both QVC and HP should be commended for doing this. This is why QVC has gotten such a good reputation for customer satisfaction. HP has also improve their image. Thankw QVC and HP for making it right.
