I am tech illiterate!  I am searching for an inexpensive front door camera just to see the feral cats I am feeding.  My research says they use 2.4 g and my Galazy S21 has 5g and says doesn't support 2.4G.  I know there has to be cameras out there because I think everyone is most 5G these days???  Would appreciate any infor!  Thank you!

Not sure if this helps but - if I were you I'd take my phone to a store of your service carrier i.e. Verizon, TMobile, etc. and ask them to help.

Security camera work through one's home WiFi and not a cell phone.  If you don't have WiFi and intend to use your phone as a hotspot, that would be the only issue.  Here is an explanation that may help,

Thank you for your help.  If I am reading this correctly, I need a router that is dual band with 2.4 and 5?  I ordered one---will come in Thurs. ---- I purchased a camera at Sam's yesterday.  I am bound and determined---lol--- to see these feral cats to make sure they are all getting their share of food!  I also have 2 rescue kitties inside.  Thank you for taking in your rescues as well!
