@catter70  Read the tv user manual for troubleshooting.  If nothing works, then call the CS support # listed in the user manual.

 

If no manual, search the net as well as YouTube's tutorials.  You will need your TV serial and/or model#.

@SilleeMee,Nope, nothing fixed it. I'm using Tubi at the moment, but what I had was more like cable. Most all cable channels, also could get numerous Canadian channels and channels in the UK (not just Brit Box). Thing is there's no regular Hallmark channels or GAC, or UK5, Canada channels Halifax, Vancouver, W, or CHCH.

Well shucks! Was hoping something would work. Maybe a factory reset...? That way you can start anew and load everything back. Sometimes a streaming app can cause server connection problems. Corrupt, outdated or something.
