If you want an android tablet, the Google Nexus is by far and away the best reviewed android tablet on the market right now.

nutmeg recommended and Apple product and that's ok, Apple make as fine product. You just need to know that there are a lot more apps available for android tablets than there are for Apple.

According to this article, as of June 2014, there are 1 million 200 thousand apps available in the apple App Store. Not sure where you got your information that the App Store doesn't have many apps? http://ipod.about.com/od/iphonesoftwareterms/qt/apps-in-app-store.htm

This TSV is a cheap no name brand. Wouldn't have purchased it, especially if not tech savvy. You are better going with apple or samsung.

The reviews on amazon ( and other sites) of this brand tablet are excellent. It sounds to me like the posters don't have this brand or even this tablet so I don't think a person should be so definite on how it would perform. I ordered it and will wait to see what its like. I remember how negative the reviews were for the kindle before it actually came out and now people love them. I own a Samsung note 10.1 and several kindles and love them all. I researched this brand LePan and the reviews were excellent. I cant wait to get the one I ordered for my husband who is just starting out in the tech world. I will write an honest review after we've had it for awhile.

Not to mention the extended return date of January 31, 2015 they gave with this. You get to give it your best trial and error test drive from the day you receive it. Mine has already shipped. I'm not tech savvy, but I do what I do and if it does that, then it's a keeper and the price for what it offered just couldn't be beat.

I own a Kindle Fire HD 8.9, a Dell computer with Windows 8.1 and a Samsung Galaxy Victory phone - all from the Q. I had to learn their features, but the most challenging was the Dell - it took a minute to adjust to the Windows 8.1, but after I set the computer to log in at the Desktop, there was no stopping me.
