TS Tracphone-How to find Minutes you have

I received my tracphone, I activated and spoke to customer service and the minutes were added. I'm learning how to use the phone but QUESTION....on my old tracphone you could easily find out how many minutes you have available to use. On this phone, I have clicked all the options and I don't see the minutes available anywhere.

I wonder if you have to go on tracphone.com to see how many minutes you have? Maybe I have to add an app?

Just received my tracphone as well...I made an account on tracfone.com...which shows my minutes.

I don't which Tracfone you have but on mine it shows how many service days left & how many mins I have on the screen. You can also click on prepaid & it shows My Airtime Info plus some other stuff. On mine I have to click on what I call the dice or the square with 4 white squares in it to get to the prepaid option.

What is the brand/model number you have?

The newer phones have an app that you can download which show your minutes, etc., but they don't always update. You can go online to their web page and sign into your account and find everything there.

without knowing the brand and the model number I doubt anyone here will be able to answer your question.I have had several different tracfones and the minutes were displayed on some of them as soon as you turn it on, the new one that I have which is a smartphone you have to go into one of the apps to find the information. with my particular phone it comes with number of minutes, number of texts, and also number of remaining data.

The info displays on my phone and in tools, I have a coin icon called prepaid. When I click on it, it gives me a number of choices. One of them being "my airtime info". It has to be on your phone somewhere.
