TOSHIBA THRIVE TABLET

I have a Toshiba Thrive tablet. I love it. I was in the App Market Place and they don't offer the QVC App. It's an Android market and I see QVC sells the Toshiba Thrive. Why don't they off the QVC app? I'm hoping someone from QVC reads this and start offering the QVC app for Thrive
