My son's Tracfone  was lost/stolen.  He cannot access his email or credit card account (yes he notified his card co.).  He had his phone deactivated.  When he gets a new phone would it be easier to get a new email address rather than trying to restart/fix his access to his old account?  This has been a nightmare. I would hope that a new email and phone would allow access to his older accounts.

No expert here, but I would speculate that as long as he remembers his email address and password he should be able to access the account from whatever device he uises.

Why can't he access his accounts using a computer or tablet?  All you need to do is go to each site and enter the user name and password.

He had Hotmail and he needs to change his password but it is not that easy when you are NOT tech savvy.  It should not be so difficult!..

Accessing one's email account is not difficult nor does somebody need to be tech savvy.

He should go on to a computer, tablet or his replacement phone. Go to the internet browser on the device  and then  put in the website for his email provider...and sign in. Using his email address and password.
