Sony Internet TV/Facebook

Since Facebook started making changes, I can no longer load my Facebook contents. I called Sony, they said that it was a Facebook problem. I was able to get to the help section, but could never figure how to make a report. If any of you have had this problem and solved it, please help me, TIA.
