Song Pop on Facebook - HELP ME PLEASE!

I have been playing song pop for almost one year. I have an HP Windows 7 computer and I believe that after an automatic update was done on my computer, I now can not get on to song pop. It just keeps saying loading and nothing more happens. I have been trying everything to get it to work again to no avail. I don't know anything about computers, as far as solving these kind of problems and I have tried the help programs and nothing is working. If someone knows what may be the problem, please help me out! I love playing that game, it is my relaxation in the evenings and I am lost without it.
