Site Not Secure

Just was using hotmail and when I signed out it said the site was not secure. Had this come up on Firefox and IE. Anyone else have this problem today. My computer was fine last night and I cleaned it out. Said that someone may be trying to impersonate me. Never had this happen before. Any suggestions on this?
