Shipping of Dell Computer

Hi..Im new here and not sure what forum to post in.

We ordered a Dell Lapton on 12/2, and made our first payment of flexpay. We are told

of a delivery date of 12/24. The status is "in Process" still. I emailed Cust Serv and they still show a date of 12/24. Will it come UPS or USPS? This is for my daughter for Xmas. Does anyone know where they ship the computers from?

Any guidance will be appreciated. Thanks!
