I have never written a review before, but I feel I must give you a heads up on this product. I didnt purchase it here, but on the other channel when it was a ts. I will spare you the details, but shortly after the phone was paid in full, it stopped working. The message said it was an "unregistered sim". After calling their cs (overseas, of course), I was advised I needed a new sim. The phone still didnt work. It is now 6 days since the original call, & after countless hours on the phone with their cs (just today it was 4 hrs, most of it on hold), I was told I needed another sim, which will take another 3 to 5 business days, still out of service. The attempt to remedy my problem has, so far, resulted in an unwanted number change, a change of providers (from tracfone to tmobile, again unwanted), and the loss of my remaing 1000 minutes & 360 service days. I am told these issues will be resolved when I call back to reactivate when I get my 2d new sim, but Im not feeling real secure about that. Please consider long & hard before you purchase this phone, or any tracfone from qvc or anyone. I know I wont. Im only hanging in there to hopefully salvage all my minutes. Thanks
