Just found out that I would have to place a new order for the Samsung 55" TV that was sent to me with screen damage? How is that even legal? We are sending it back and will be issued the refund, once the delivery place picks it up. Found out our local store carries the exact same TV for around the same price! I loved the easy pay but to deal with the hassle of returning, then reordering possible same product under a different item number, then possibly receiving a second damaged one is not worth it. Has anyone else experienced this type of customer service?

I buy my smaller electronics mostly from Amazon and a couple other online retailers. Have never had a major issue with any of them. My 60" TV set and my 110" front projector and screen I bought locally, my 1st front projector.

My 2nd LED Front Projector I bought from an online retailer and no problems. I will soon be buying a Samsung 4k TV set and it will most likely be from Amazon, as their Customer Service is 2nd to none. If you are buying locally, I suggest you make sure you are getting the same " year and model number". Some local retailers sell older models, thus a possible cheaper price. Check the model and serial numbers for the most accurate comparisons.
