Does this model not come with Safety Assistance? It is not in my Tool section. Does anyone else have this phone? Mine is from AT&T. TIA for taking time to help me.

Thanks, nutmeg. I have googled searched. I have also looked on my phone 's self help app and it's not mentioned there either. Maybe it has something to do with AT&T. Also, I'm pretty dense when it comes to figuring this stuff out and I thought that maybe this particular model just didn't come with that feature, but if I understand all my googling info, I think it did. I just thought that maybe another poster had the same model phone and could enlighten me. I will also call AT&T. Wish me luck on that call. ;-)

I now think that this feature was added after this phone. It just seemed to me that I remembered seeing it on this phone when I first got it and now it's not there. I now think I must've seen something else. o-O. I may still call AT&T or maybe Samsung to satisfy my curiosity.
