Does anyone have one and do you like it? I am a senior and need something easy to use for phone and text.

Re: Samsung A21 tracfone

I had that model and liked it very well the year I had it until the charging port needed to be replaced ( would have cost more than model was worth at that ime). I replaced it with S21 which is lighter and can be charged by placing it on charging disc. I'm 79, fairly tech savvy and hope this phone lasts 2-3 years.

@RetRN

It looks like that phone is not 5G capable.   Tracfone uses the Verizon network and it looks like they will become a 5G only carrier fairly soon.  If you plan on keeping your phone as long as possible,  I'd recommend getting a 5G phone.

All I remember from ordering a Samsung through Tracfone is that it said they have the right to switch you to a Verizon network. I don't understand anything about phones - don't even know what 5g means.

I doubt there is anyone that understands everything  about all electronics. I had a machine job, it involved solving problems, or it would not run. I raced cars, and to make them the fastest, I had to understand all facets of GO FAST.

With computers and newer electronics, I found out, there is not always a blanket answer, so!  The only thing I cared/care about was getting them to work.

The "why's and what fors", no longer were necessary for me to understand. They worked, and as long as I found, or learned the solution?  That is all that counts now, they work.

As long as your phone does what you want it to do when using it! Forget about the why, unless you want to drive yourself nuts!

HSN sells the A23 5G. This will be a nice choice for a Tracfone.

I just bought the Moto G Stylus 5G version here. For $99 and five easy pays, it was the easy choice.

@gardenman : I need a 5G prepaid smartphone. .Currently with tracfone and using the Samsung A10 E that is 5.82 inches. I really need a small phone to fit in my skirt pocket . I have mobility issues and use a stand up walker. Any suggestions? Have you moved and have your fur babies with you? Thanks.

I can't help you a lot with the phone. I got the Moto G Stylus 5G but it's a big phone. For $99+ with a year's service, it was too good to pass up.

I have moved! I got my new apartment on June second, and checked but my cats had been adopted from the shelter, so they're not with me.
