Which phones do you prefer?  I have a Motorola but thinking of upgrading...

I personally prefer Motorola.  I currently have this one.  It is 5G has a 128gb of storage.  It has a good camera.  I really like it.  I've read the reviews on it, and I have to say that I think most of the negative reviews are from user error...not Tracfone's fault...

@Ainhisg - I have the same Moto G Stylus 5G and I also think the negative reviews are "user error".  And right now it's at a great price!

Sometimes people just won't take the time to actually become familiar with a new phone, then blame it on the phone or Tracfone CS.

I left a 5-star review, but I've been amazed at how many negative "reviews" there are and the reasons for them.  Especially the newest one that says the Motorola website says this phone will not work on the Tracfone network!  HUH?  I have this phone and I'm with Tracfone.  And it works!

I did have one blip, when I first got it.  Was out and about and couldn't get it to access the Internet.  I found out later that "roaming" was switched off.  Turned that on - no more problems!  Like I said - take the time to become familiar with the new phone!

It's all personal preference:  I prefer Motorola over Samsung.  (Googling it for independent reviews might help you make a decision @bargainsgirl  .)

BTW:  I just went on the Motorola website, since the last negative review ("Junk") claims that it says on that website that this phone won't work with Tracfone.  NOWHERE on the Motorola website does it say that.  NOWHERE.  It specifies carriers, not retailers. Just another baseless claim, by someone who couldn't sort out an issue.

Just bought Samsung A23 5G from HSN before the raised the price. No problem getting everything transfered over the phone with a rep..Took maybe 15 minutes.

I got this phone because I am a "dumb bunny" with this stuff..

My son just upgraded from this model...So I can make him nuts with my questions.

Only problem right now is: he sends me a text with an attached picture from T-Mob.When I get it it says attachment has been removed. He has no idea why. Told him to send stuff to gmail till someone can figure it out.

I had Samsung TracFonesfor years but got a Motorola last time I got a new one and I love it.  It has some very nice features and seems more dependable.

@bargainsgirl   I would go to GSMarena, plug in the two phones to compare the specs. 

I really haven't had a motorola phone but did get a bit frustrated with all the samsung apps and software that is preinstalled on samsung phones.

@Kachina624 : I need a new phone because Tracfone/Verizon will be 5 G before the end of the year. I have the Samsung A10 E and love the small size 5.82 inches. I am handicapped and use a stand up walker. This phone fits perfect in my skirt pocket. Trying to find a small smart phone. Friend just suggested the IPhone SE (2022). I prefer the prepaid phones. Do you or anyone else have any suggestions? I appreciate any help.

@SouthernBee    Is it possible for you to visit a Wal-Mart store where the have a wide variety of TracFones you could try in person?  They may have them online with the dimensions listed at walmart.com
