Re: SHOULD I LEAVE T-MOBILE?

I've used Tracfone for about 10 years.

I pay $125 for 1 year = $10.41 per month.

It's been a perfect phone plan for me.

@happilyretiredgirl   Thanks so much for your opinion.  That's why I posted.  I wanted the thoughts of my fellow posters.  I think I found my answer.

As with most everybody else, ALL MY BILLS have gone up a little and I can afford to absorb the increases.  For that, I worked very hard for many, many years and am very grateful.

This an very good price for mobile service. If it's not broke please don't fix it.

Re: SHOULD I LEAVE T-MOBILE?

I've had T Mobile for around thirty years.  It's $50 a month and hasn't gone up in price for years.  Don't risk poor service from some fly by night outfit.  Stay with T Mobile is my advice!

Re: SHOULD I LEAVE T-MOBILE?

We've been with them for over years and my small city (13000) has three Verizon stores and CS is great. Yes we have multiple lines. Never heard about a Civil Svc discount or we would have used it ( both CS retirees).

Re: SHOULD I LEAVE T-MOBILE?

Have you price checked other companies? Have you called T-Mobile and see what specials they have. I've seen commercials about some.

I think $40 is a great deal but they may have specials going on right now with their recent mergers with Sprint and Metronet.

I've been with T-Mobile (previously Sprint) since I got my first phone and am very happy. I recently priced other plans and can't beat what I have.

I just switched internet plans to T-Mobile too. I got a 10 year price guarantee and it's $28 less per month than my prior plan.

I agree.  I've had AT&T for years and years.  Always have great service and am on the 55 and over plan.  I would never think to leave.

Re: SHOULD I LEAVE T-MOBILE?

I've had Verizon for many years for $30.00 a month and the plan price has never gone up. The coverage is much better than most in our area. I'd shop around if I was the OP.

Re: SHOULD I LEAVE T-MOBILE?

@pdlinda  I would not change your service.  You said you've never had problems in all those years.  $10 wouldn't be a,deal breaker for me.  I've had Tracfones for years and now it's nothing but trouble.  The CS is beyond dismal. I'm getting a new carrier probably this week. Wish me luck, there are so many out there it's dizzying.

Re: SHOULD I LEAVE T-MOBILE?

@pdlinda  - If you've been happy with T-Mobile all these years, I would stay with them. That's a great price. If another major carrier agreed to match it, they would raise the price in 6 months or so.

I have heard that T-Mobile has great customer service. I have Verizon and have not had a problem but have been told that they're horrible if you do.

Good luck!
