I don't have a Samsung but my TV has an automatic mode for picture quality. It senses the lighting in my room and then adjusts automatically to give me the best picture. Does your TV have an automatic setting?

@heart of savino have you tried Googling this?

@heart of savino Instructions are in the user manual.

We have 3 Samsung sets, all are different to some degree when it comes to their "settings". If yours has a "Menu", start there. Mine all have a "Menu" option where you should be able to pick "picture". Mine gives me "PICTURE Mode", from there it gives me the usual options:
brightness/contrast/color and so on.
What exactly are you trying to change? Everyone's viewing environment is different, as are their preferences. Did you get an owners manual? If not, there is probably a "tutorial mode" choice for setting your picture/sound etc. If you have "menu/source or tools on your remote, start there.
Too many with new electronics often do not read the owners manual, and most things can be found with them. I will say many manuals are not easy to follow.

thankyou. its set on factory recomendations but i know some people have the perfect
settings to change manually.I have the picture mode set on standard and heard you should set it on movie mode.tried it and it looks terrible.

I played around with the different picture modes and looked at them during the daytime and also when the room was dark. I think you just have to play around with the picture settings until you find the ones you like.

Pick whatever Mode looks best to you. THEN, follow some of the steps I listed. You can make "Movie" look like "Standard", and vice versa, just by moving the:
"Color/Tint/Brightness/Contrast/Sharpness/Advanced Settings". Use whatever Picture Mode you want, you can manually, following my above, make them all look the same.
If Standard Mode suits you? Leave it alone and enjoy!!

Exactly. And if a person wants it to look "Their Best", adjust it when you watch it as you go.
@heart of savino , Ya gotta remember, All Broadcasts are not equal! Some have better equipment/better background environment and on and on and on. Perfection? There is no such thing, but if you want it the best each time you watch?
Be ready to adjust/adjust/adjust every show you watch. That's just the way it is, sorry.
