SAMSUNG NOTE 2 SMART PHONE

This is my first time ordering from QVC an I bought me an my girlfriend new Samsung galaxy note2 phones I was told by cs that it ships from QVC but I talked to cs this morning an was told it comes from vendor. this is for my girl birthday is the reason I paid extra for faster shipping but now im getting nerves because I have already been told 2 different things. has anyone ever ordered a Samsung phone an got it on or before edd? I ordered on 08/16/13 an my edd is 08/21/13 my girl birthday is the 08/23/13. does Samsung ship fast? or should I cancel an look else where?
