Runtime Error notices after going online at QVC

My Norton keeps warning me about QVC and I keep getting all kinds of notices when I try to log on. I had a tech work on this. He said I had a 'corrupt file'. It was ok until I went on QVC again. Now I'm getting runtime error notices again. Anyone know anything about this ? Norton seems to think QVC online is not a 'safe' site.
