I bought one for DH at Amazon...but it was more than Costco. He's been enjoying it so far and has been exploring all the channels, etc.

ETA: He likes it so much that he's trying to figure out if we can get all of the channels that we like on cable then getting rid of our monthly cable bill which is close to $150.00!...of course if this does work out we would have to get more Rokus for the other TVs.

We have a Roku 2 and LOVE it! Cable got kicked to the curb! $95 bill and nothing on. With Roku, the possibilities are endless! Personally, we didn't see the need to go to the Roku 3. There are 100's and 100's of channels on the 2. I LOVE Netlix and HuluPlus! Our bill for Netfix and HuluPlus is $16.46! LOVE iT! $69 on Amazon/free ship (prime).

Agree with the others. Buy it at any one of the other retailers out there, or online, instead of paying more at QVC.

It won't take 5 minutes to find the best price at a reputable retailer. Then you can compare it to what QVC is charging, if they even have it. Usually, they are only selling slightly older electronics AND still charging too much.

I bought my Roku 3 at Best Buy, and I love it. I don't think you'll be disappointed.

DH and I have talked about getting Roku but the channels we watch are not available....I realize the cable bill will be less but what about the channels you really like to watch, you just give them up? I will say cable has a zilllion channels but lots that we don't watch, we are not sport people so those channels mean nothing to us.
