Unfortunately, due to loss of my job, I need to return the Dell computer I purchased. Since the box it was mailed in came from Dell and not from QVC, it did not include an invoice or return label. I have been trying to print the Return Label. When you complete Step 2: Complete the Q Returns Label Information and press Continue, the only thing that happens is that it brings me back to the Step 2 again. I still cannot get a preprinted label to put on the box. Which address do I use to return the computer?
