Recent Upgrade on Samsung a10e and facial recognition

I did the upgrade to 10 on Fourth of July, and ever since then it seems that my facial recognition works only sporadically on this phone. Of course there’s a lot of things that were affected by it, but I’ve been able to figure most of them out. This is giving me fits and tired of putting my Password in every time....

Any suggestions.

Does your phone have a pattern lock? You have another option to turn off the lock when at home.

There is a third suggestion. Have all calls go to voice mail.

Facial ID is not that safe on a Samsung phone. The other methods are better.

LOL, I use a pin code on my phone. It is what works best for me.

The last option return this phone and find one with the technology you want.

Thank you! Actually this one was just fine up until it upgraded to Android 10 in early July- I just want it back the way it was-  now I have to use my PIN 70% of the time, and when you need quick access, like when your Ring goes off and you are at work, that takes a little time...and since I have been wearing gloves, it is even tougher...LOL!
