Recent Tracfone posts? Paging Jordan, pickleslarue & Bob

Did the recent Tracfone posts go poof in the switch over?  

 

To the poster named Bob-something who asked me specifically how I got my minutes added to the Ultimate 2 TSV, I emailed wirelesscenter@simplywireless.com, explained that my phone was activated and working with my old minutes/time, but that I couldn't get my 1200 new minutes and year's worth of service.  I included my QVC order number, zip code, cell phone number and new phone's serial number.  I got an email and text message a few hours later that my minutes and time had been added.  I hope that helps and I'm really disappointed that recent posts about this issue were lost.

 

Jordan, I asked you what your old phone was.  You shouldn't have to switch over your contacts manually.  There are easier ways.  Bluetooth is a good choice, but I wanted to know what your old phone one was before I typed out some directions for you.  

 

I am also disappointed that my review of LG's Ultimate 2 and Alcatel's One Touch Pop Icon is missing (I assume, since I can't find it).  I spent a lot of time writing it out.  How frustrating that it's gone.

 

To pickleslarue, Evine has a Tracfone with Lollipop.  It's new and it's called the LG Power.  It's similar to the LG Ultimate 2, but it has a quad-core processor instead of a dual-core one and it has Lollipop instead of Kit Kat.
