Radios that receive television stations' audio

Do they still make radios that receive TV audio since broadcast television went digital?

I am updating my emergency supply cabinet. My battery operated 3" screen TV is outdated technology.

I just ordered a NOAA emergency radio, but I like the local TV station's coverage of weather emergencies.
