RECENT QVC SITE PROBLEM

Last week, all QVC tabs such as "New Items," Items Recently Aired," etc., have stopped showing graphics.

I've gone into Internet Options and have changed up the cookie settings with no effect. Maybe I'm doing it incorrectly.

Can someone suggest how to fix this problem. FYI, this is only on my Acer Laptop --my tablet and my Chrome Laptop has showed not problem/change with images. The Acer has Spybot on it and I'm thinking that might be a factor?
