Question about pop up

Every time I launch the browser on my computer (google chrome I think) I get the following msg ... SPEED UP BROWSER BY DISABLING ADD ONS. Can anyone tell me what this means and what I should do about it? I hardly ever use my computer anymore (using ipad) so it is mainly used by DH who is not very computer savvy. Appreciate any suggestions. TIA. LM

It's just a Windows thing. Just go in and increase the number of seconds to a number higher than the number of seconds it says your extensions take to load (assuming you want them) and you'll be fine.
