Question about ClickFree

I had backed up my computer files on ClickFree and when my computer crashed nearly 2 years ago, I was able to reload everything except e-mail stuff.

I now bought a new computer, and when I uploaded the saved info, there was a lot missing. For example I had over 7,000 pictures on my Clickfree, which had uploaded correctly before, but now now. So, there are about 6,000 pictures missing plus some other information.

Does that make sense?
