Question - New to Roku

I purchased Roku yesterday.  Got it hooked up to TV and programmed in, except it's programmed in a foreign language.  Can't find any way now to switch to english language.  I am not at all tech savvy, any advice about Roku would be much appreciated.  Is there a way to change to english language?  What's good to watch thru Roku?  What's free, what's not?  Can you get local channels on Netflix?  Which is best Netflix or Hulu?

Not sure which version you purchased,  but I was able to change in settings,  Go to settings, then system and language option should appear.

NETFLIX is pretty good 

also ROKU has a weekly email 

called roku guide with the weeks newest channels 

and Facebook has several ROKU groups 

do a search for ROKU 

netflix doesn't offer local channels
