I love Netgear....got a Netgear Wireless router two years ago and it was the easiest thing I've ever used. I managed to get both desktops, the laptop, both cell phones and my Nook online with it. Easy. My son's phone is online here as well, so when he comes to visit, he's automatically included. It's password protected and seems to be working well.

I got my new router directly from Optimum, it works great but there is a set up process. I can remember a horrible set up process with my old routers

Stop being afraid of what could go wrong and start being positive what could go right.
