So I have a new android phone and discovered Slacker Radio, which is great. It has all of the music I could ask for and is on par with an iPod as far as the music goes. I decided to bump up to the $3.99/monthly plan so I could skip the ads and be able to hear music offline. However, every time I try this on the subway or anywhere there isn't wifi, my Slacker shuts down and says I have no connection. Does anyone know what the problem is? What am I doing (or not doing) to cause this? If it continues, I will drop the monthly fee and go back to listening where I can get wifi. The reason I signed up is to get music offline, as they claim would happen. Help??? TIA.
