I was still having trouble with the picture on my tv. I ended up buying a very good HDMI cable from Amazon. The cable has fixed the issue. I called Verizon to complain that I had to spend money on a cable because Verizon didn't use a new one when my cable was installed. I am getting a credit on my bill for the cost of the cable.

Glad you got your problem fixed, and paid for by your supplier.
Still wondering why the HDMI cable from your working TV set didn't work when you hooked it to the TV that you now have fixed. Makes no sense to me, but, hey! Success.
