QVC seems not to know about the website problems

I just tried to order the carbon monixide detector and the order disappeared at the last minute. So I called the 1515 number and placed the order. She said she gets no complaints about the website and switched me to C.S. That woman said the same thing. All I can figure out is the internet orderers and the live phone orderers live in two different worlds. Either that or the reps are trained to fib.
