I went to QVC through Safari on my iPhone and the presentation has sound. I also have sound on my iMac and Macbook. If you are using the app, try going to the website through a browser.

This has affected me too and it's very annoying. My iPhone audio works fine, but the iPad-- no audio. And I use the iPad constantly... Extremely annoying. If I go to the Q app, I can hear the audio. But I don't like the Q app. Technology- it's a love/ hate thing.

This isn't a Q problem. It's an Apple problem.
Here is how I fixed it on my laptop. I had to adjust the steps to do it on my iPad.
Open and play a video on Q.
Click on Safari at the top left of the screen.
Click on Settings for the-website-for-your-video
A popup appears
Adjust microphone setting
Close the video and exit the website
Go back in and see if there is sound with the video. It can sometimes take a few minutes or a reboot.

That may work on a laptop, but I don't have those options on my iPad.
Thanks for the input, it may help someone else.

@MILKI It sounds like QVC responded as though they were not aware of the problem. It has been reported multiple times on the Forums, which they say they do not monitor. I also reported it twice to the Social Team and got one empathic response which lacked any substantive information about addressing the issue. As a low-tech person, it never occurred to me to contact Apple about the recent loss of audio on the videos which apparently occurs only on iPads. I am so glad that you did! Thank you again for contacting Apple and addressing the seeming "head in the sand" response of QVC.

Hello,
Im not so sure it is an APPLE problem, every other online venue such as HSN, JTV, and a couple others , I am able to go onto their direct website and watch with sound any and all of their videos of current and past presentations on products. It has been nearly 24 hours since my interaction with someone from QVC Live/facebook that has spoken and gotten back to me and I see the problem still exists for us IPAD users. Im glad you were able to fix it on your laptop but nothing successful as of yet for our ipads. My iphone is fine, hence again I think it has definitely something to do with the latest IOS download and QVC. For sure, sales will drop if we can not purchase items from videos without any audio. MJ

As I said, you have to adjust the steps for iPad. Start by going to apps and then Safari.

I had this issue on several sites after the apple update. The next apple update has gone out to some people so I hope that fixes it.
As I mentioned, you have to adjust the steps for iPad. Go to your Apps and select Safari and go from there.

I was able to fix this problem.....I have an older iPad Pro not updated to the latest update.....I went to Apps.....Safari .....then compared every option selected. The Block Pop-ups option was not selected on my older iPad Pro. I de-selected that on my newest updated iPad Pro and it fixed the problem. I now have volume on Safari on all my iPads.
Thank you to whomever posted these instructions.
