hello QVC moderators and guests
i own 5 IPads, all are in great working order. However, since the latest update that occurs on its own due to ones settings, now , any videos showing your products once they have aired no longer have any audio to them, and this was on all 5 iPads. It works fine on my Apple iPhone , but my daughters and I can not figure out how to solve or resolve the issues with our iPads and QVC. We have tried various things from resetting, restarting , you name it. Is there something QVC can do in contacting their apple people and let them know that a lot of us with iPads can no longer watch past presentations of their products since the audio is gone?? PLEASE help us!!!!!!!

@MILKI There have been several,threads posted about this very issue, including one that I started. Nothing has been done. It is extremely frustrating.

Other than one empathetic response from the Social Team, there has been no word about when or if this problem will be solved. The lack of audio on iPad videos about QVC products has certainly curbed my shopping. I think that everyone should contact the Social Team. It has been reported that the TPTB do not read these forum posts.

Mostly, I have never been able to watch product videos on the site here.
I imagine the ability works if on the app.
Instead, what I have been doing for YEARS is to watch the videos on my rebates app, IBOTTA.
because I just gave up.

@MILKI A big thank you for addressing this issue to Apple. It also might be a financial issue for them if a technical problem like this impacts the future sale of iPads. I hope that Apple will respond positively and inform the public that they are addressing the problem since we currently do not have information on QVC's response to this trechnical issue.

Heard back for the second time this evening after posting on facebook QVC live, from QVC just moments ago, and they wanted more specific information, and are going to pass the info onto the IT team. I also informed them that some customers are saying that they are not getting audio on live presentations as well, where mine are already shown presentations on items shown on earlier shows or something I am interested in purchasing and looking it up on the web site so it could be a much later (older) presentation. I initially, after posting a message to Apple, copied and pasted that same message on QVC live and within an hour or so, heard back from someone at the Q asking me to describe in detail. I just heard from them for the second time wanting more information from me. MJ
