I just bought a smart TV for my study and am having problems with the QVC+/HSN+ app.  I only want to use my OTA antenna and streaming hence being interested in the QVC+/HSN+ app.  The problem?  If I can get it to work, it works horribly!  Very slow to accept remote commands--if it will at all.  I've tried for days to get it to work smoothly and quickly to no avail.  We have extremely fast internet, and the TV is right next to the router, so that is not the issue.  I've resorted to going to the YouTube app and watching the live streams there, which works fabulously, but there are several steps to get there, and it would be a lot more efficient if I could just select the QVC/HSN app, and it work efficiently.

Does anyone else have any problems with it?  Any advice?  Is there a better way to watch the shopping channels (on a smart TV) than through YouTube?  Even though it's a small TV, I bought the best one according to the reviews, so it wasn't cheap for the size. Thanks for all imput!

PS...could it be my smart TV (Samsung) and how it "runs" the app if others aren't having trouble?

i have an older large samsung tv and i use my cable company voice remote to access the app.

it takes about a minute or so to load for me and once it is on it is fine. just checked it out. the picture quality is excellent also. 

we do have fast internet.

The app works fine on my Samsung "dumb" TV with Roku.  I think it may be as you suspect - something isn't right between your smart TV and the QVC / HSN app.  Sorry, I couldn't be more help.  Smiley Sad

Why don't you call tech support at Samsung?

Just purchased 85 inch smart tv Samsung thru QVC on Black Friday pricing and haven't tried the included apps just connected old roku device and watch thru it and everything runs smoothly thus far

OP here.  We have an expensive Samsung TV in the living room, and I accessed the app through it.  (Duh...why didn't I think to try that before?  lol)  Same problem with it, so it has to be the Samsung interface with the QVC/HSN app.  Thanks to all who responded!
